We are a 501c3 Non- Profit organization with 3 Board members in the United States and 2 non Board members in Haiti. The organization was created for charitable and educational purposes, whereby, it shall endeavor to develop partnerships with local individuals, communities and organizations in the United States and in Haiti to engage support and commitment to improve the quality of life   and bring lasting and positive changes to the lives of less fortunate and homeless             children in Haiti.
